Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial months upon cancellation.

Removal: We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

Bay Area Tile and Hardwood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
